Tent and Structure Fabrics 
All DAF reinforced and double-polished clear tent fabrics are fire-resistant to meet the requirements of California administrative code title 19 public safety section 1237.
 
Dip Coated Tent Mesh is a polyvinyl chloride coated 1000 denier polyester mesh fabric that is smooth and abrasion resistant. DAF dip coated tent mesh is fire resistant and heat sealable.  DAF dip coated tent mesh is ultraviolet radiation resistant.  Standard colors are black and white.  Standard widths are 61” and 72”.  Other colors are available on request with a minimum order.
 
DAF Ultra Top12-9 is a high-strength, water-proof, light-translucent, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric made with a 9x9 1000D polyester reinforcing scrim. The UV protection helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish. The translucent white fabric allows plenty of light to filter into the structure. Ultra top 12-9 translucent white is ideal for lightweight canopies and sidewall construction. The standard width is 61”.  Widths up to 128” are available with a minimum order.
 
DAF Ultra Top 15-9 is a heavier high-strength, water-proof, light-translucent, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric. The UV protection helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish.  A 9X9 1000D polyester reinforcing scrim has produced a strong structure material. Standard colors are white, red, fire red, yellow, dark green, dark blue, and black.  The standard width is 61”.  Widths up to 128” are available with a minimum order.
 
DAF SUPER 15 is a double-polished Clear reinforced PVC Vinyl.  DAF SUPER 15 has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection.  Super 15 allows full light into your structure.  The standard width is 72”.
 
DAF UltraTop 15-9 Opaque is a high-strength, water-proof, fire-resistant, low-abrasion tent and outdoor structure fabric. DAF UltraTop 15-9 incorporates a “black out” film that completely blocks unwanted sun light. UV protection helps maintain the polished, dirt resistant finish.   The 9X9 1000D polyester reinforcing scrim produces a tough structure material. The standard color is white polish opaque.  The standard width is 61”.  Widths up to 128” are available with a minimum order.
 
DAF Flexi-Clear double-polished clear PVC Vinyl is an optically clear double-polished soft PVC film. Flexi-Clear has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection.  DAF Flexi-Clear is fire-resistant and resistant to temperatures of -20F degrees (cold crack rating). Available in slit widths of 54”, 61” and 72”, Flexi-Clear is packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll. DAF Flexi-Clear is ideal for a number of applications such as tent windows, room enclosures, and tent sidewalls. FLEXI-CLEAR is available in four thicknesses:  16 ga. and 20 ga.
 
DAF Flexi-Clear Low Tack Super Double Polished Clear PVC Vinyl is a new optically clear double polished soft PVC glass. Flexi-Clear has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection and will maintain its flexibility and high clarity. Due to the great care built into our manufacturing process Flexi-Clear is near window clear with almost no flow lines, bubbles, or other imperfections sometimes seen in Double Polished Clear PVC laminations. DAF Flexi-Clear is also Fire Resistant (California Fire Marshall Reg. # F-59301), and resistant to temperatures of -20 F degrees (cold crack rating). Now with a new “Low-Tack” formulation. DAF Flexi-Clear comes off the roll and off the cutting table without the difficulties of traditional vinyl. Available in slit widths of 54”, Flexi-Clear is packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll. DAF Window Panel double-polished clear PVC vinyl is a clear double-polished soft PVC film. Our Window Panel has 1,000 hours of Ultraviolet (UV) light protection.   DAF Window Panel will not scratch because the window pane print is encapsulated in the middle of the 16 mil double-polish clear.  DAF Window Panel is packaged on 3” cores with 60LY per roll.  Several standard patterns are available.  Custom patterns are available on request with a minimum order.
 
DAFCLEAR 26 is specifically designed and engineered strong, tear resistant clear cover fabric. This 26 oz. vinyl laminated high strength polyester fabric offers superior tensile and tear properties. DAFCLEAR 26 fabric is flame resistant and presents superior abrasion resistance. Built for strength and clarity, DAFCLEAR 26 fabric is ideal for a skylight in large structures. DAFCLEAR 26 has a smooth surface on both front and back making it easy to keep clean.  Standard width is 61”.
 
DAFCOTE 29CNL are our heaviest PVC coated opaque outdoor structure fabrics top-coated with polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF). This opaque vinyl material completely blocks out unwanted sunlight and has a UV protection to maintain the polished surface of this heavy duty structure. The PVDF top-coat keeps it resistant to dirt, weathering and has excellent wear and abrasion resistance. Standard weights: 29 oz per square yard.  Standard width is 61”.
